On October 21, 2015, the Central Committee of Excise and Customs of India issued an announcement stating that it would accept the requirements of the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry on September 22, 2015 for fully oriented yarns, fully drawn yarns, and spun drawn yarns originating in China and Thailand. The final result of the anti-dumping sunset review of stretched yarn and polyester flat yarn was decided to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved imported from the above-mentioned countries for a period of 5 years from the date of official announcement. Among them, China’s anti-dumping duties are US$256-547/metric ton. Thailand’s anti-dumping duties are US$57.78-248.63/metric ton. The customs code of the product involved is 5402.47.
