The Argentine Minister of Production signed Resolution No. 394 on September 18, 2009, adopting temporary minimum price measures for polyester fibers and yarns originating in China, India, Indonesia and other countries. The relevant measures came into effect on September 25, 2009 and are valid for 4 months. See the table below for details:
