On August 6, 2021, the Indonesian Anti-dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 320/KADI/VIII/2021, responding to the application of the Indonesian Fiber and Filament Producers Association (APSyFI), The third anti-dumping sunset review investigation of polyester staple fiber (Polyester Staple Fiber or PSF) imported from China, India, and Taiwan has been launched. The Indonesian tax number of the product involved is 5503.20.00.
Stakeholders should submit questionnaires and hearing applications within 14 days of the announcement.

On April 20, 2009, Indonesia imposed restrictions on imports from China Anti-dumping investigations have been launched on polyester staple fibers from China, India and Taiwan. On November 23, 2010, Indonesia officially levied anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries and regions, among which the tax rate on the products involved in China was 0-11.94%. On August 19, 2019, Indonesia extended the validity period of anti-dumping duties on products involved in China, India, and Taiwan for the second time. Among them, the tax rate on products involved in mainland China is 0-16.0%.
