India launches anti-dumping review investigation into nylon filament yarn

On January 9, 2017, India launched an anti-dumping sunset review investigation into nylon filament yarn (excluding high-strength yarn) imported from mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea, involving Indian Customs 5402 For products under tax codes, the investigation period is from April 2015 to September 2016. Interested parties should submit information to the investigating agency within 40 days from the date of filing the case.
