The export volume of cotton yarn in September was 99,000 tons, with a total value of US$278 million, and an average price of US$2.82/kg, down 4 cents from the previous month and 46 cents from the same period last year.
Iran, Argentina, Israel, Canada, and South Africa are the countries with the fastest growth in cotton yarn imports from India. Their total import volume doubled in September, accounting for 2.3%.
