According to Statista’s survey report, Europe ranks much higher than the United States and China.
European clothing sales reached US$350 billion, making it the world’s largest clothing market again in 2014.
The clothing market in the United States reached 225 billion US dollars, and China’s reached 150 billion US dollars last year. Japan, which ranks fourth, reached US$110 billion. Followed by Brazil and India, reaching US$55 billion and US$45 billion respectively.
Russia ranks 7th, reaching 40 billion US dollars. This was followed by Canada at US$30 billion and Australia at US$25 billion.
