Peru’s anti-dumping duties on Chinese clothing and accessories can be refunded

Recently, the Peruvian National Office for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection made Resolution No. 2015-117. The resolution specifies that the anti-dumping duties imposed on Chinese clothing and accessories products during the implementation of Resolution No. 2013-293 can be refunded after review by the importer by submitting a written application to the Peruvian Competition and Intellectual Property Office.
