On September 9, the State Secretariat of Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Public Affairs of Argentina sent a note to the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Argentina, informing Argentina that in accordance with the Ministry’s Resolution No. 855 of 2015, the Argentine side will impose restrictions on denim originating in China (Southern Municipal tax numbers: 52084300, 52104910, 52094210, 52094290, 52114210 and 52114290) initiated an anti-dumping review investigation.
Chinese companies that intend to respond can download the anti-dumping investigation questionnaire from the website of the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan, and submit the completed questionnaire to the Afghan side within 30 working days of obtaining the questionnaire. Relevant stakeholders should provide supporting materials before December 9, 2015. Relevant information and answer sheets should be translated into Spanish by a registered translator in the country and certified by the Embassy or Consulate of Afghanistan in China. Relevant stakeholders participating in the investigation should also attach certification documents proving their signature authority qualifications with the materials.
