According to the website of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce announced today that it has decided to launch an anti-dumping investigation on imported acrylic fibers originating from Japan, South Korea, and Turkey.
The announcement stated that the English name of the product involved in this anti-dumping investigation is PolyacrylonitrileFiber or AcrylicFiber, which is classified under the “Import and Export Tariffs of the People’s Republic of China”: 55013000, 55033000, and 55063000. According to the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce will from now on investigate the dumping and dumping margin of the above-mentioned imported products originating from Japan, South Korea, and Turkey, as well as the damage and extent of damage to China’s similar product industry.
