On April 8, 2015, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Smooth Industries jointly announced a voluntary recall of Chinese-made children’s pajamas.
The name of the recalled product is children’s pajamas, made of 100% polyester fiber, with sizes from XS to XL, and smooth industries.com is printed on the neck label of the pajamas. Sold in the United States from October 2012 to January 2015, the price is about US$30~35.
The number of recalled products sold in the United States is approximately 7,600. The reason for the recall is that the pajamas do not meet U.S. flammability safety standards. So far, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Smooth Industries have not received any accident reports.
For this reason, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends that consumers immediately stop using this product and keep children away from it.
