The person in charge of a textile company said that textile professional training centers and schools failed to cultivate talents according to market demand, and it was difficult for companies to recruit qualified workers. In addition, brain drain was also common.
According to the Vietnam Textile Association, as of the end of 2013, Vietnam’s textile industry employed approximately 2.5 million people, and it is expected to increase to 5 million by 2025.
