China Council for the Promotion of International Trade spokesperson Yu Xiaodong said on December 1 that in the face of severe foreign demand, the Council for the Promotion of International Trade has promoted the stable development of foreign trade this year by implementing various measures such as reducing or reducing enterprise-related fees and promoting the electronic certification system, benefiting 60,000 people. There are more than 100 import and export companies.
According to Yu Xiaodong, the CCPIT system has exempted companies from applying for certificates of origin (including general certificates of origin, preferential certificates of origin, processing and assembly certificates and re-export certificates, etc.) and ATA carnet fees since 2012. According to statistics, this year alone, 83.21 million yuan has been waived for companies to apply for a certificate of origin, and 4.48 million yuan has been waived for companies to apply for an ATA carnet.
The CCPIT system also promotes the electronic certification system, supports companies to independently print certificates of origin, and promotes cross-border transmission of electronic certificates of origin, helping companies improve customs clearance efficiency and reduce comprehensive trade costs.
