Vietnam cotton textile output. Million square meters

In September 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile output was 28.5 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 10.04%, and a month-on-month increase of 6.74%; polyester and man-made fiber textile output was 62.3 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 66.13%, a month-on-month decrease of 8.78%; ready-made garments Clothing output was 266 million pieces, a year-on-year increase of 13.3% and a month-on-month increase of 0.23%. It is estimated that in October 2014, the output of cotton textiles will be 27.8 million square meters, that of polyester and man-made fiber textiles will be 63.7 million square meters, and that of ready-made clothing will be 271 million pieces.
As of September 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile production had accumulated to 241.9 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 12.98%; polyester and man-made fiber textile production was 548.6 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 13.86%; ready-made clothing production was 2.203 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 9.88%.
