The applicable anti-dumping measures shall be subject to end-of-term review investigation.
On October 12, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 79 of the year, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported polyamide-6,6 chips originating in the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, France and Taiwan. The implementation period is 5 years from October 13, 2009.
On August 12, 2014, the polyamide-6,6 chip industry in mainland China applied for a final review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported polyamide-6,6 chips originating in the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, France and Taiwan. investigation and continue to maintain the anti-dumping measures. After review, the Ministry of Commerce believed that the application met the conditions for filing a case and decided to file a case for investigation. According to the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, if it is determined upon review that the termination of anti-dumping duties may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage, the period for collecting anti-dumping duties may be appropriately extended.
