Vietnam’s ready-made clothing production increased by .% year-on-year

In July 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile output was 27.7 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 16.39%, a month-on-month decrease of 5.78%; the polyester and man-made fiber textile output was 65.1 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 34.23%, a month-on-month decrease of 6.06%; ready-made garments Clothing output was 2.6 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 2.2% and a month-on-month increase of 0.7%. It is estimated that in August 2014, the output of cotton textiles will be 23.3 million square meters, that of polyester and man-made fiber textiles will be 67.4 million square meters, and that of ready-made clothing will be 274.6 million pieces.
As of July 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile production has accumulated to 186.7 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 10.8%; polyester and man-made fiber textile production has accumulated to 418 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 4.19%; ready-made clothing production has accumulated to 1.672 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase 10.45%.
