Tajikistan’s cotton output is expected to exceed 10,000 tons

According to a report by Asia Express on August 14, raw cotton harvesting will begin in southern Tajikistan in the near future. According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Tajikistan, cotton farmers will plant 177,000 hectares of cotton this year, and the cotton output is expected to exceed 400,000 tons. Last year, 192,000 hectares of cotton were planted, with a yield of 395,000 tons.
