Recently, the Taiwan Textile Association organized a sales delegation of Taiwanese functional textile companies to Munich, Germany, to promote and inspect Taiwanese functional textiles in the European market. This visit included representatives from 37 Taiwanese functional textile companies, including Jiahe, Hongyuan, Guanlin, Datong, and Haoshen. The event was jointly participated by manufacturers from Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea, and buyers were enthusiastic about on-site inquiries. It is expected to drive orders of more than 20 million US dollars.
The sales promotion group was held for the first time in November 2008. This is the 12th session. The visitors were enthusiastic and the atmosphere of on-site exchanges was lively. The innovative products exhibited by Taiwanese manufacturers were favored and affirmed by buyers, attracting purchasing groups from the Alps and neighboring countries in Germany, as well as important outdoor activities and sports brands and dealers to visit and negotiate follow-up orders for the 2015/2016 autumn and winter.
