According to the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Brazil, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission passed Resolution No. 80 and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese fiber threads (Mercosur Tariff No. 5510.11.00) at a rate of US$0.58/kg. The resolution is valid for 5 years from the date of promulgation (December 16, 2009).
