Information on hemp fiber impurity content and net hemp rate composite fabrics

The impurity content of hemp fibers, especially jute and kenaf, can generally be estimated at the time of purchase. The estimation results should be compared with the hand-picking results. Hand-picked impurities are sampled from the hemp bundles and the impurity content is calculated based on the average hand-picking results. There are two types of hand-picking impurities: rough sorting and fine sorting. The rough sorting impurities are impurities and dander (skin flakes) shaken off from the hemp rope; the fine sorting impurities are picked out with pliers or other methods. Weigh out the rough and fine impurity masses respectively.
