The notice confirms: The proficiency testing projects are textile color fastness to rubbing, PH value, and fiber content. Qualifications within the administrative regions of the five provinces (autonomous regions) are required to have relevant testing capabilities such as textile color fastness to rubbing. Inspection and testing agencies must participate. If the same inspection and testing institution has more than two inspection and testing addresses, they must participate separately.
