1. Preparation for production The yarn used for burnout fabrics is different from the polyester-cotton blended yarn used for ordinary fabrics. The main difference is that the former has higher twist and greater elasticity. Therefore, you should pay attention to this when configuring the preparation process. For other aspects, please refer to the related processes of polyester/cotton fine plain cloth. (1) Heat setting twist: The yarn twist of burnt-out fabric is high, and its twist is extremely unstable. Defects such as kinks and weft shrinkage are easily produced during the production process, which will affect the smooth progress of the weaving process. Therefore, heat setting and twisting treatment should be carried out. The specific process should be determined based on the production equipment and twist setting effect. (2) Simple warping (winding warping): The burnt-out parts of the burnt-out fabric require the warp and weft yarns to be arranged evenly. First of all, the yarn tension is required to be uniform during the simple warping process. Therefore, the tension ring weight, yarn guide distance, bobbin winding diameter and other process parameters must be unified, and one-time bobbin change during warping must be implemented. Electronic yarn clearer or comb needle yarn clearer should be used to remove slub yarn from winding, preferably electronic yarn clearer. In order to reduce knotting, self-tightening knots should be used, and the yarn tail should be appropriately lengthened. (3) Sizing: The selection of sizing is similar to that of general polyester/cotton fine cloth, such as PVA, CMC, and PMA chemical mixed slurries. Starch, PVA, and CMC mixed slurries can also be used. The sizing of blended yarn can refer to ordinary fabrics. The sizing of the core-spun yarn should take into account the bonding between the cotton fiber on the surface and the polyester on the inner layer, so that the slurry can penetrate into the inner layer and improve the reinforcement rate of the sizing yarn. A process configuration that pays equal attention to penetration and coating is often used. Regardless of blended yarn and core-spun yarn, they generally adopt the process configuration of light tension, small elongation, heavy pressure, low viscosity, tight wrapping, medium sizing (rate), low moisture regain, and elasticity retention. 2. Weaving production can refer to polyester/cotton plain cloth or pure cotton plain cloth.
