However, with the reopening of major markets such as the United States and the European Union (EU), Vietnam’s textile and apparel industry has released many positive signals.
The Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association has proposed three growth expectations in 2022: If the epidemic is basically under control in the first quarter of 2022, the export volume will strive to achieve US$42.5-43.5 billion. If the epidemic is controlled by mid-2022, the export volume will reach 40-41 billion U.S. dollars; if the epidemic continues until the end of 2022, the export volume will strive to reach 38-39 billion U.S. dollars.
