According to feedback from informants, before some ginners in Wangjiang County, the main cotton-producing area of Anhui Province, entered the market to purchase seed cotton, a 200-type ginner had already taken the lead in processing seed cotton. After testing, the quality indicators of processed lint were generally good and better than expected.
It is understood that this cotton ginning factory has adhered to the habit of fast harvesting, fast rolling and fast sales for many years, never betting on the market outlook, and has made profits almost every year. This year, after purchasing more than 100,000 kilograms of seed cotton, we immediately started processing the seed cotton. Nearly ten tons of lint have been processed.
After testing new cotton samples by the local fiber inspection agency, the lint quality indicators are good. Among them, the main color grade is light spot stain level 1, and some samples are white cotton level 3; the cotton fiber lengths are all in Above 27.5mm, some samples reached 28mm. The length index was better than expected in the year of severe drought; the fracture ratio strength was in the S1/S2 range; the length uniformity index was in the 82.5~83.1 range; the horse values were all B2 level.
