Polyester Staple Fiber made its first anti-dumping sunset merger review final decision and decided to maintain the anti-dumping duties of 2.82-11.51% for the products involved, including 7.88% for Shanghai Hengyi Polyester Fiber Co., Limited and 7.88% for Jiangyin. City Huahong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (Jiangyin Huahong Chemical Fiber Co., Limited) is 2.82%, Jiangyin Hailun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (Jiangyin Hailun Chemical Fiber Co., Limited) is 8.22%, Xiamen Xianglu Chemical Fiber Company Limited (Xiamen Xianglu Chemical Fiber Company Limited) is 7.81%, Fujian Zhengqi High Fiber Fujian Zhengqi High-Tech Fiber Technology Co., Limited is 7.72%, and other Chinese manufacturers or exporters are 11.51%. The measures will take effect from October 2, 2020, and will be valid for 5 years; at the same time, it is ruled that the existing The data was insufficient to support the applicant’s application for review of the change of circumstances, and the decision was made to terminate the investigation of the change of circumstances. This case involves products under Pakistan’s tax code 5503.2010, but does not include polyester staple fiber, colored polyester staple fiber and recycled polyester staple fiber exceeding 2.0 denier. The dumping investigation period in this case is from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and the damage investigation period is from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020.
On April 24, 2015, Pakistan launched an anti-dumping investigation into polyester staple fibers originating in or imported from China. On October 3, 2015, Pakistan began to impose anti-dumping duties of 2.82-11.51% on the Chinese products involved, which is valid for 5 years.
