On March 31, 2020, Mexico launched an anti-dumping investigation into polyester filament imported from or originating in China and India. On May 14, 2020, Mexico made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the products involved in China and India. The preliminary ruling did not impose temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved.
