On September 21, 2021, the Committee on Dumping, Subsidization and Elimination of Non-tariff Trade Barriers of the National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection of Peru was published in the official daily newspaper “El Peruano” Announcement No. 244-2021/CDB-INDECOPI terminates the temporary anti-dumping duties on polyester-cotton blended fabrics originating in China from September 23, 2021.
