Vietnamese shoemaking companies have fewer orders and lower production capacity

According to Vietnam’s “Investment News”, many shoe-making companies have reported that due to the weakness of the European and American markets, Vietnamese shoe-making companies will not be able to get production orders in the next few months. Many shoemaking companies in Binh Duong Province, Ho Chi Minh City, and Haiphong City in Vietnam have existing orders that can only maintain production in April, and even better ones can last until May. Importers are unwilling to sign future orders. Moreover, companies are now unable to maintain stable production at full capacity, and production capacity has dropped by 40-50% year-on-year.
