On March 5, 2020, the U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s pajamas.
The recalled product is Joules pajamas. Printed with different patterns and available in various sizes. The tag at the neck reads “Joules”. The product codes are: 207961-TURTLGREEN, 205706-MULTSTRIP, Z_ODRMARK-HGRDINO, Z_ODRTEDDY-CRMMSTP, Z_ODRROBAN-NAVMSTP, Z_ODRBRUCE-NAVBEAR, Z_ODRUNICRN-SKYBUNI, 205681-GRYROKTPAK, 205681-WHITEDINO, Z_ODRKIP WLL-CREMBLUSTP, Z_ODRKIPWLL-DAZZBLU, Z_ODRKIPWLL- REDDINO, 204649-BLUCREMDTS, 204649-BLUMOONBAK, 204649-PNKGALAXY, 204649-SLVBLVUNIC, Z_ODRSLEPWL-PKMGRFL, Z_ODRSLEPWL-SKBLUNI, Z_ODRSLEPWL-SKIIDOG, 205680-LBLUROCKET, 205680-NVY ROCKETS, Z_ODRSNOOZE-FNVZREX, Z_ODRSNOOZE-SBLKFTP, 203150-BLUSTPCATN, 203150-BLUSTRFLRL, 203222-GREYSHARKS, 205153-NVSTRMNSTR.
This product does not meet federal flammability standards for children’s pajamas and poses a burn hazard to children.
The recalled products were sold in the United States from November 2017 to December 2019 and in Canada from November 2017 to November 2019. The price is 20- 70 US dollars. The number of products involved in the recall is about 1,200 in the United States and 300 in Canada.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
CPSC and Health Canada recommend that you stop using this product immediately and contact JoulesUSA for a full refund.
