It is reported that after the Cambodian government submits a report, whether to revoke the tariff preference granted to Cambodia by EBA for export to the EU will be decided by the 27 member states of the European Commission in February 2020. ruling. If the European Commission decides to maintain Cambodia’s EBA tariff preferences for exports to the EU, everything will be back to square one. If the EU decides to revoke Cambodia’s EBA export tariff preferences to the EU, and the EU Parliament does not raise objections, the decision will officially take effect 6 months from the date of revocation.
