On November 19, 2019, Argentina’s Ministry of Production and Labor issued Resolution No. 1266/2019, which regulates gloves originating in China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia (Spain Language: guantes,confeccionadoscontejidodepuntoCIENPORCIENTO(100%)materialtextil,recubiertosorevestidos,inclusoparcialmente,conlátexonitrile) made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling, which imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 56% of the FOB price on gloves from China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia, and imposed a FOB price on gloves from India. 35.06% provisional anti-dumping duty. The resolution takes effect from the date of issuance. The products involved in China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia are valid for 6 months, and the products involved in India are valid for 4 months. This case involves products under Mercosur tax number 6116.10.00.
