Taxation Commission Announcement [2018] No. 9
In order to adapt to industrial upgrading, reduce enterprise costs and meet the multi-level consumption needs of the masses, the most-favored-nation tax rate for some commodities will be reduced starting from November 1, 2018, involving 1,585 tax items. Due to the adjustment of the most-favored-nation tax rate, the temporary most-favored-nation tax rates for 39 imported goods will be canceled starting from November 1, 2018, and the temporary most-favored-nation tax rates for the remaining goods will continue to be implemented. Please see the attachment for specific tax items and tax rate adjustments.
