On August 28, 2018, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued an announcement on the final anti-dumping investigation into imported denim originating in China, and decided to adopt a FOB minimum price of US$3.25/kg. For products below this price Imported products involved in the case are subject to price difference tax. This measure will be implemented from the date of announcement and will last for 2 years.
