On October 20, the Ministry of Security and Civil Protection of Guinea signed an agreement with the Turkish textile company Sur International. The Turkish textile company promised to invest in the construction of a clothing processing factory in the capital of Guinea. The construction period of the clothing factory is planned to be 6 months. It will mainly process Makes Guinean military uniforms, police and gendarmerie clothing, using cotton produced locally in Guinea. The project is expected to create 700 jobs.
