-Myanmar’s garment exports increased significantly year-on-year

According to Myanmar’s “Eleven News” report on August 17: According to the Myanmar Ministry of Commerce, in the first four months of the transition period of the 2018 fiscal year (April 1-August 3), Myanmar’s garment exports reached US$1.484 billion. An increase of US$704 million compared with the same period of the previous fiscal year, ranking first among all export products in Myanmar. According to the report, Myanmar’s current garment manufacturing enterprises include domestic enterprises and Myanmar-foreign joint ventures.
