The General Administration of Customs recently issued an announcement to update the certificates of origin and seals issued by China Customs. There are 23 new types of certificates of origin and Kimberley certificates in total, including 1 non-preferential certificate of origin, 1 GSP certificate of origin, 14 types of preferential trade agreement certificates of origin, and 6 special certificates of origin for agricultural products exported to the EU. and Kimberley Process certificates. The new version of the seal is divided into 3 types: GSP FormA seal (used for GSP certificate of origin and special name of origin certificate for agricultural products exported to the EU), ECFA special seal and applicable to Kimberley Process certificates and other types of certificates of origin. All customs directly under the Customs will officially use the new version of certificates and visa seals on August 20, 2018. The old version of the certificates issued by the original inspection and quarantine agency before August 20 is still valid.
