According to Pakistan’s “Business Record” report, after consultation with the All-Pakistan Textile Industry Association, the Federal Revenue Service of Pakistan will implement a series of measures to stimulate the development of the textile industry, including the proposed imposition of import adjustment tax on cotton yarn, accelerating tax refunds, and increasing tax refunds. We will crack down on smuggling, strictly restrict the import of second-hand clothing, and implement preferential treatment for electricity and gas for textile companies.
