On February 14, 2014, Health Canada and FXRFactory Racing jointly announced a voluntary recall of children’s jackets produced in China and Vietnam.
The product name of this recall is a children’s jacket with a drawstring at the neck. Sold in Canadian FXRFactory Racing store from August 2008 to January 2014.
The number of products recalled this time sold in Canada is approximately 34,357. The reason for the recall is that the drawstring at the neck of the coat may pose a choking hazard to children. As of now, Health Canada and FXRFactory Racing have not received any reports of accidents.
For this reason, Health Canada recommends that consumers remove the drawstring immediately to avoid danger.
