According to data released by the customs, in November 2009, the total export value of textiles and clothing was US$13.96 billion, a decrease of 9.5%. Among them, textile exports were US$5.366 billion, an increase of 7.4%, and clothing exports were US$8.593 billion, a decrease of 17.6%.
In November, textile and clothing exports fell by 4.7% compared with October, with textiles increasing by 1.4% and clothing falling by 8.2%.
