Tiandingfeng Holdings Co., Ltd. has always regarded automation upgrading and transformation as a key task. Tiandingfeng established the Intelligent Manufacturing project department within the company to explore projects with automated transformation, focusing on the research and development of fully automatic winding machine equipment, automatic starch addition and glue dispensing System transformation, development of visual cloth inspection system, and upgrade of electric swing wire system.

Among them, the research and development of the fully automatic winding machine was complex and cumbersome. The equipment processing and assembly was completed in April 2019, the offline technical modification and commissioning trial operation was completed in September 2019, and the online installation and commissioning operation was completed in October 2019, realizing fully automatic unwinding, that is, automatic sampling, automatic filling and deflation, and automatic pumping. Fully automatic systems such as shafts, automatic tape application, automatic label printing, automatic labeling, automatic packaging, automatic paper tube threading, and automatic shaft preparation realize interconnection with DCS systems and WMS systems, replacing heavy manual labor with fully automated equipment Work. After the transformation was completed, robot shaft extraction replaced manual shaft extraction, which reduced the labor intensity of workers. Throughout the entire process, all system data can be uploaded to DCS to achieve data storage and interconnection. By December 2020, all Tiandingfeng tire base fabric production lines will have realized automatic starch transportation and automatic glue dispensing and transportation.
