About 8 units of the recalled product were sold in various retail stores in Quebec and Ontario, Canada, from June 2016 to October 2016. The reason for the recall is that the pompon on the rabbit’s tail is easy to fall off, which may cause suffocation if children accidentally eat it. As of now, ChildrenWorldwideFashionCanada has not received any reports of accidents or personal injuries related to the use of this product.
Health Canada advises consumers to immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund. Canada implements voluntary recall of Chinese-made children’s tights
